Release date:
2020-09-18
To effectively carry out fire safety management and fully implement the responsibilities of fire safety officers at all levels within the company, preventing all types of fires from occurring and ensuring the safety of company assets and employees' lives, this Fire Safety Responsibility Letter has been specially formulated in accordance with the requirements of the "Fire Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Implementation Opinions of the Jilin Provincial People's Government on Strengthening and Improving Fire Protection Work," as well as the company's internal fire safety management regulations. As a result, company leaders have signed the document sequentially with the heads of each system and department.
The company strictly adheres to the fire safety principle of "safety first" and the guiding policy of "prevention-oriented, combining prevention with firefighting," diligently implementing all relevant laws and regulations related to production safety and fire protection. We have established a system of designated fire safety officers and, in accordance with the principle of "those in charge are responsible," clearly defined the scope and responsibilities of fire management—ensuring thorough accountability from top to bottom and across all departments. This approach has enabled our department’s fire safety efforts to be effectively put into practice, with concrete measures now integrated into the daily responsibilities of every employee.
The company regularly organizes fire safety training and drills to ensure employees are proficient in using firefighting equipment, continuously enhancing their "four capabilities" for preventing and extinguishing initial-stage fires.
Spring brings strong winds and dry conditions, making it a particularly critical time for fire safety. In response, the company's fire safety department promptly conducted a comprehensive fire safety inspection and launched a major remediation effort. As a result, the self-inspection rate for potential hazards reached 100%, and the hazard rectification and management rate also hit 100%, effectively ensuring that the "Five Key Measures" for addressing significant risks were fully implemented and made tangible.
