Study and Implement the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party: Outreach Lecture Series Enters the Chamber of Commerce

August 22, Director Li Xiuwu of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, Deputy Director Li Yanfu Delivered a keynote speech at the Liaoyuan City Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Chamber of Commerce on studying and implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. The meeting emphasized the need to earnestly implement the arrangements and requirements of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party, and to firmly uphold innovation as the primary driving force behind development. It was stressed that we should leverage enhanced science and technology services as a key lever, focusing on "small yet impactful" areas for enterprise transformation and upgrading, identifying genuine technological needs, and achieving real breakthroughs in tackling critical technical challenges. Furthermore, we must continue deepening reforms, improving the quality and efficiency of our science and technology supply system, fostering the development of new, high-quality productive forces, and harnessing scientific and technological innovation to catalyze fresh momentum for growth.
