Liaoyuan City "Sika Deer + Pharmaceutical Health" Industry Circulation and Service Sector Development Promotion Symposium

On September 15, 2022, a symposium on advancing the development of Liaoyuan City's "Sika Deer + Pharmaceutical Health" industrial circulation service sector was held at the company. Attendees included Zhang Yubao from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, representatives from the Municipal Statistics Bureau, Municipal Commerce Bureau, Municipal Drug Administration Bureau, as well as leaders from enterprises such as Xinbo Pharmaceutical, Dongliao Pharmaceutical, Yin Ying Pharmaceutical, Baikang Pharmaceutical, Jialida Bone Gelatin, Yadong Pharmaceutical, ASEAN Pharmaceutical, Forte Pharmaceutical, Zhenyu Pharmaceutical, Xinhui Pharmaceutical, Hongyuan Pharmaceutical, Dikang Pharmaceutical, Boda Weiye, Boda Pharmaceutical, and Melo International. The meeting was chaired by Wu Shaohui, Secretary-General of the Liaoyuan City Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Chamber of Commerce.

At the meeting, Hu Yunsheng, General Manager of Xinbo Pharmaceutical, presented an overview of how the separation of production and sales at Bodda Pharmaceutical has contributed economically to Xinbo Pharmaceutical over the past three years—specifically in terms of boosting the company's production and product sales. Meanwhile, Wang Wenwu, General Manager of Dongliao Pharmaceutical, highlighted the company's robust pharmaceutical distribution channels and its competitive advantages in warehousing and logistics, particularly its role in handling sales for several pharmaceutical firms based in Liaoyuan. Both pharmaceutical distribution enterprises expressed their willingness to leverage their respective distribution networks and logistics capabilities to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical distribution services to local pharmaceutical companies within the region. "The 'Sika Deer + Pharmaceutical Health' industrial chain is being strengthened and expanded, fostering mutual benefits and contributions among pharmaceutical enterprises. Representatives from companies such as Bodaweyiye, Baikang Pharmaceutical, Yulong Yadong, and Jialidamingel shared insights on topics like production-sales separation, commissioned agency models, as well as their product distribution channels, logistics needs, and related circulation costs. Meanwhile, the head of the Social Development and Pharmaceutical Health Division at the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau provided an in-depth explanation of the "2023 Jilin Province Science and Technology Development Plan: Project Guidelines for the Pharmaceutical Health Sector," followed by a detailed on-site interpretation and Q&A session regarding the allocation and utilization of Jilin Province's 2023 special funds for pharmaceutical health initiatives."

Officials from the Liaoyuan Inspection Branch of the Provincial Drug Administration, the Municipal Statistics Bureau, the Municipal Commerce Bureau, the Dongliao County Science and Technology Bureau, and the High-tech Zone Science and Technology Bureau respectively offered valuable insights on the development of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, as well as its circulation and service sectors. Zhang Yubao, Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, emphasized leveraging the mutually beneficial nature of trade associations to foster collaborative growth within Liaoyuan's pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He expressed hope that by separating production from sales among pharmaceutical and healthcare enterprises, the local circulation services in this sector could be strengthened, while also highlighting the crucial role trade associations can play in providing guidance and support.
