Strengthen Quality Management Awareness, Enhance Quality Supervision Standards December 26, 2017

To strengthen employees' quality awareness, further enhance the company's quality oversight capabilities, and reduce pharmaceutical production quality risks, the Quality Management Department, based on the guiding principles from the "2017 Jilin Province Production Supervision Symposium," has formulated the "2017 Annual Training Plan for Quality Management Personnel," tailored to their specific training needs. The "Training Plan" places a strong emphasis on the monitoring and management of high-risk products, covering key topics such as "laws and regulations, the spirit of pharmaceutical production supervision, industry technical standards, the company's GMP management documents, job responsibilities, and standard operating procedures."

The Quality Management Department is steadily implementing the training program as outlined in the "Training Plan," employing a variety of methods such as presentations, listening to expert training recordings, watching videos, and hands-on practice sessions. Throughout the training process, department staff diligently noted down key learning points, engaged in lively discussions about critical issues, and proposed effective improvement measures aimed at strengthening monitoring and mitigating risks. At the end of each training phase, employees will undergo written exams and on-site assessments to evaluate the overall effectiveness of the training.

Through this round of training, the business and technical skills of quality control personnel have been further enhanced, providing a solid foundation for ensuring the safety, efficacy, and controllable quality of pharmaceutical products.
