Following the city's fire safety warning and education conference held on December 15, the company promptly organized a safety work meeting attended by the company's chairman, general manager, senior executives, and workshop directors.
At the meeting, the spirit of the city's December 15th fire safety warning and education conference was thoroughly conveyed, and participants studied the "Implementation Measures for the Fire Safety Responsibility System" issued by the Public Security Fire Brigade of the City Economic Development Zone. Chairman Duan Chengjun outlined seven key requirements for the company's safety and fire prevention efforts: 1. Strictly implement the spirit of the city's December 15th fire safety warning and education conference, as well as the "Implementation Measures for the Fire Safety Responsibility System." 2. Prioritize safety and fire prevention as the top priority of the company's operations. All employees must take this seriously, further refine the organizational structure, clearly define primary responsibilities, and ensure that responsibility contracts are signed at every level. 3. Continuously improve emergency fire safety plans and all relevant systems, while rigorously monitoring their effective implementation. 4. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards promptly. Any emerging risks must be immediately addressed with corrective action notices, followed by timely remediation. 5. Strengthen professional training for all employees on fire safety and prevention knowledge. 6. Regularly inspect fire-fighting equipment and organize periodic drills and training sessions to ensure that all equipment remains in good working condition and that every employee is fully proficient in its operation and use. 7. Ensure that fire safety initiatives are not just talked about but actively put into practice. Maintain detailed records of all related activities, including meetings, hazard inspections, and employee training sessions.
