On May 27, organized by the Human Resources Department and chaired by Executive Deputy General Manager Wu Shaohui, the event featured Quality Deputy General Manager Xu Zhihang and Production Deputy General Manager Sun Bin as key presenters. The company’s production base hosted a "Concentrated EMBA" learning-sharing session, which brought together management personnel from all departments as well as core technical experts. Through a combination of theoretical explanations and real-world case studies, the presenters delivered an engaging and insightful overview of the key takeaways from their recent external training program. Company leadership placed great emphasis on this training initiative, personally overseeing and planning the event, thereby providing robust support to ensure its successful implementation.

During the training process, all personnel diligently studied and actively participated. After the training, they promptly conducted a summary, reflecting and adjusting their future work direction and content in a targeted manner, tailored to the specifics of their respective roles.

The EMBA program's intensive curriculum is divided into a total of ten modules.

Mr. Sun provided a detailed explanation of "Product Strategy." — The "How to Build Strategic-Grade Products" module. From General Sun's insights, we’ve shifted our previous perspectives and now understand that a great product must be backed by sound strategic design and value-driven innovation. At its core, business success lies in prioritizing ethics over profit—first, truly delivering value to users and helping them achieve their goals; only then can sustainable profits naturally follow. After all, a truly exceptional product must strive for excellence in every detail, while also embodying warmth and soul. Under the dual constraints of limited resources and time, if we aim to unlock a product’s full potential, we need to continually deepen its inherent value—capturing customers along the way. Simultaneously, we must relentlessly pursue cost reduction and rigorous cost management, ensuring that every step maximizes the product’s worth.

Mr. Xu provided a detailed explanation of "Value Creation." The module titled "User Value."   • Pursuing Excellence: Rigorously manage every step of the process, enhancing the sense of responsibility among all employees for both product quality and business excellence, and striving to establish an outstanding quality management system.

      Before the training, the two leaders thoroughly discussed the training content with General Manager Wu and carefully prepared the training materials, ensuring they align closely with the company’s actual production, operations, and management practices. They also engaged in timely interactions with the participants. Through this learning experience, we’ve gained valuable insights that will guide our future work. With a deeper understanding, we also realized our own gaps in business knowledge. After the training, participants unanimously expressed that they had greatly benefited—gaining not only an upgrade and transformation in their thinking but also clearly recognizing the importance of our products and their value. It also broadened perspectives and opened up new horizons, further clarifying the direction for future work.
