Currently, our company faces an imbalance in the ratio of frontline workers to management and support staff. Moving forward, the quality system will align with company-wide requirements to rationally restructure departmental staffing and organizational design, categorizing employees into management and technical roles. Management positions will primarily focus on overseeing responsibilities, such as coordinating and allocating tasks, while technical roles will be based in production workshops, directly responsible for executing specific job duties. Additionally, the quality system will establish tiered compensation standards tailored to each role, while providing unified training for all employees. Following this, we’ll implement a comprehensive evaluation process—based on individual work performance, quality standards, and adherence to job responsibilities—to assess and assign appropriate performance levels. Second, regarding internal work arrangements within the quality system: The Quality Assurance Department and the Validation Management Department will be merged, creating a more streamlined and efficient operational structure on-site. QA personnel have been increased from the original 3 to 7, allowing for the rational allocation of on-site supervisors. The Quality Assurance Department is primarily responsible for on-site monitoring of production workshops, utility systems, and material control warehouses. Meanwhile, the Quality Control Department focuses on inspecting raw materials, excipients, and finished products, ensuring that inspections are timely, efficient, accurate, and well-organized. The Quality Management Department has expanded its responsibilities to include tasks such as document revisions, procurement planning, equipment maintenance requests, and departmental training. When conducting self-inspections, GMP audits, or on-site reviews, the Quality Management Department, along with department heads and relevant staff members, will form an inspection readiness team to efficiently assign personnel and ensure all necessary preparations are in place. Thirdly, we emphasize that professionals should handle professional tasks, fostering continuous improvement in expertise—promoting capable individuals while phasing out those whose performance falls short. In their respective roles, everyone will work collaboratively, coordinating efforts to achieve seamless operations and shared success.
