Striving Through a Century: Embarking on a New Journey — A Chronicle of the CPC Bodawei Enterprise Committee's Celebration of the Party's Centennial

In the height of summer, grass grows tall and warblers take flight.

On June 18, 2021, as the Communist Party of China was poised to celebrate its centennial anniversary, the CPC Committee of Bodaweiyi Corporation convened a commemorative meeting attended by all party members. Comrade Duan Chengjun, Secretary of the company's Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, delivered a speech to the entire membership, recounting the Party's magnificent and turbulent history over the past 100 years, as well as the responsibilities and missions of Party officials and members in the new era. He earnestly urged all party members to remain true to their original aspirations, keep their mission firmly in mind, and consistently uphold the advanced nature of Communist Party members. He emphasized that party members should actively demonstrate their exemplary and pioneering roles in the company’s R&D, production, marketing, and cultural development efforts, striving tirelessly to ensure the full and successful completion of the 2021 business and production plans.

All Party members expressed: "After listening to General Manager Duan's speech, we were deeply inspired and greatly encouraged. At the same time, we fully recognize our own responsibilities and mission. Moving forward, we are determined to fully leverage the Party organization's role as a fighting fortress and uphold the exemplary, pioneering role of Party members, diligently fulfilling our duties at our respective posts and striving for even greater achievements."

At the meeting: All party members revisited their入党 (joining the Communist Party) oath; Yang Shuchun, Deputy Director of the Party Office, summarized the company's party-building work over the past year; Sun Bin, Director of the Raw Materials Workshop, delivered a speech on behalf of veteran party members, while Jiang Sifang, an accountant from the Finance Department, spoke on behalf of new party members. Finally, attendees watched the revolutionary-themed film "Ideal Shines Upon China." The celebration event, which lasted more than an hour, concluded with the playing of the "International Anthem."
