     Shi Shubin, former Deputy Director of Safety at the Calcium Carbide Plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company, a provincial expert in workplace safety, certified safety engineer, and senior engineer with years of experience in safety management, delivered an insightful lecture focusing on firmly establishing the concept of safety development, refining safety oversight measures, and comprehensively enhancing safety production efforts. , offering a clear yet insightful, comprehensive, and captivating explanation.

Cai Guofu, a senior engineer at the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of Jilin Petrochemical Company, a national-level safety evaluator, an expert with the China Chemical Industry Association, and a safety production specialist for both Jilin Province and Jilin City, delivered an outstanding lecture after repeatedly participating in provincial, municipal, and national-level safety inspection and supervision activities. Dr. Cai’s lecture was thought-provoking, packed with rich content, clearly focused on its central themes, and highlighted key points effectively. It combines theoretical depth with practical relevance, making it highly targeted and actionable.
