The founding conference of the Liaoyuan City Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Chamber of Commerce was held at our company on June 3, 2019.

6 Month 3 Day, Liaoyuan City "Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Chamber of Commerce" The first members' meeting was held in the auditorium of Bodaweiye Company.

Han Yang, representing the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, extended warm congratulations on the establishment of the "Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Chamber of Commerce." He noted that our city's pharmaceutical and health industry is experiencing rapid growth with distinctive features, strong leadership capabilities, and vibrant momentum among both large enterprises and dynamic small-to-micro businesses—making it one of the city's six major competitive advantages. Focusing on nurturing and establishing this new chamber specifically around pillar and advantageous industries not only represents an innovative step in building these key sectors but also aligns with the needs of fostering innovation-driven development and reform. All member organizations are encouraged to become builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics who are patriotic, dedicated, innovative, law-abiding, trustworthy, and committed to contributing to society.

The meeting heard the preparatory work report on the establishment of the "City Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry Chamber of Commerce," presented by Duan Chengjun, Chairman of Bodaweiye. In his report, Mr. Duan outlined the chamber's mission and objectives for founding the Liaoyuan City Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry Chamber of Commerce.

• By adopting a collaborative, co-built, and shared approach, we will establish a new pilot-scale platform for innovative pharmaceutical R&D, thereby enhancing Liaoyuan's pharmaceutical industry's capacity for innovation.

• To ensure that the chamber of commerce's three core functions fully deliver their intended impact and contribute to the healthy, rapid growth of the industry, the municipal Party Committee and government have provided the chamber with six robust, long-term policies.

• Through the establishment of the chamber of commerce, a platform is created for member organizations to exchange ideas and collaborate, enabling members to enjoy eight exclusive benefits.

At the chamber of commerce unveiling ceremony, Li Chenfang and Tang Yan unveiled the city's "Pharmaceutical and Health Industry Chamber of Commerce."

During the mentorship ceremony, Zhang Fenglin presented the appointment letter to mentor Duan Chengjun.

The meeting elected Duan Chengjun as the first president of the Chamber of Commerce, and simultaneously appointed the members of the chamber's inaugural board of directors, vice presidents, secretary-general, supervisor chairman, as well as the newly appointed honorary president and deputy secretary-general.

Han Yang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee; Li Chenfang, Minister of the United Front Work Department; Zhang Fenglin, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Development Zone; Tang Yan, Vice Mayor; along with leading officials from the Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, and other departments and organizations attended the meeting. Representatives from industry chambers and associations—including the Municipal Small and Micro Enterprise Chamber of Commerce, the Municipal Food Industry Chamber of Commerce, the Municipal Hardware and Commodity Trade Association, and the Municipal Wedding Industry Association—also participated. 100 The remaining attendees were invited to participate in the conference.
