Experiment Overview

　　purpose

　　ICR mice were used to establish a recoverable gastrointestinal mucositis animal model induced by two intravenous injections of 5-FU, and to study the therapeutic effects of polyprezinc drugs to provide an experimental basis for clinical application research.

　　method

　　The ICR mice were randomly divided into the following 4 groups, each with 8 mice.

　　Experimental results

　　Polyprezinc intragastric administration has an inhibitory effect on diarrhea caused by fluorouracil, a tumor chemotherapy drug;

　　Mouse digestive tract mucositis model histopathological observation showed that the histopathological observation of the polyprezinc treatment group under light microscope showed that the villi were intact and arranged neatly, and the villi had a clear trend of recovery;

　　The PCNA immunohistochemical observation of polyprezinc on fluorouracil-induced murine digestive tract mucositis model showed that the polyprerenzine treatment group had staining of adenoids, and the degree of staining of the adenoids and the number of positive staining cells were significantly more than that of the fluorouracil group.
